When examining features, Mueller refers to them as an expansion on the impact of post-compression. These features provide a way to reduce bandwidth requirements and increase channel hour capacity while also providing significant savings in power and storage costs by avoiding operation at peak hours.
The EVOip allows for the ability to record screen activities independent of the company’s quality monitoring solution, the INSPIRATIONpro. Audio recording triggers the screen capability and search-and-replay is executed in conjunction with POWERplay.

This new ASC software will also capture telephone calls from the network and enable storage, playback and archiving of the entire interaction. As the solution is completely software-based, it is designed for maximum flexibility, scalability and ease of integration and installation.
EVOip will record encrypted calls and provide adjustable modes for individual, bulk or selective recording. It will also record as many as 280 channels at the same time and will work with the common SIP protocol.
